Cell Phone & Electronic Policy Hello Parents, Hemet Unified School District prioritizes student learning and well-being in all its practices. To ensure that students remain focused on their educational activities throughout the instructional day, we have implemented district-wide guidelines concerning the use of electronic signaling devices. This includes any device that operates through the transmission or receipt of radio waves, with cellular phones being a primary example.
